Why We Built This Site
Arkansas provides public access to many court and agency records, but the first task is finding the custodian. A judge issues a warrant, a clerk maintains the court docket, and the Randolph County Sheriff's Office handles service and keeps its own records. District Court departments may hold traffic, misdemeanor, ordinance, or failure-to-appear matters, while Circuit Court is the usual route for felony files. Search ARCourts can supply docket clues, yet it does not cover every record or prove current status. We bring those official contact points, portals, access limits, and request steps together so readers can begin with the office that actually holds the record.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Arkansas court, the Randolph County Sheriff's Office, or a state agency. Our role has firm limits:
- No official database is available to us for confirming a warrant
- No warrant can be removed, recalled, quashed, or cleared through this service
- Bond, fines, fees, and other court payments are not accepted here
- Court dates, surrender arrangements, and warrant walk-throughs cannot be scheduled here
- Only a licensed lawyer can advise how a warrant applies to a specific case
- Published contacts, costs, and listings may change and require official verification
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Independent providers operate search boxes that appear on some pages. Their own policies govern prices, accounts, data, and results. A paid signup may generate a referral fee that supports free access to this reference. Randolph County Warrant Records does not control those services, and no partner result replaces confirmation from the issuing court or Randolph County Sheriff.
