Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, birth date, or other term entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside company that supplies that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its result under its own policy. Randolph County Warrant Records does not retain or log those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or direct message may be kept long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within the operating team unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Ordinary server logs can record technical details when a page loads, including:
- Your device's assigned IP address
- Browser name and version
- Operating system and device category
- Pages viewed and approximate visit duration
- A referring website, when supplied
- The date and time of each request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small device files used to understand aggregate traffic, including popular pages and exit points. Analytics vendors may help combine that usage data. Browser controls can block cookies, although disabling them may change how parts of the website function.
What We Do With This Data
- Operating, maintaining, and improving website performance
- Routing a query to the selected outside search provider
- Measuring which material visitors use
- Diagnosing errors and security problems
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Warrant Data on File
We do not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of warrants or personal warrant-record details. Our content identifies where Randolph County warrant records may be held, including the Circuit Clerk, District Court clerk, and Randolph County Sheriff's Office. ACIC and NCIC are restricted systems, not public search services. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into reports about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies supply the search tools. Their privacy terms, retention periods, and sharing rules apply to information submitted through those boxes. Those practices are outside our control, so review the provider's policy before entering a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Randolph County Sheriff, Arkansas court portals, legal resources, or private tools. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's privacy policy applies. Review it before providing personal information.
Advertising companies may use their own technology to measure activity across websites and select ads. That processing occurs under their systems and policies.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal information is not sold. It may be disclosed to:
- Outside search providers processing submitted queries
- Analytics vendors measuring traffic and performance
- Advertising networks serving ads
- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal demand
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable safeguards are used for information under our control. No internet service is completely secure, however, and this policy cannot promise that loss, misuse, or unauthorized access will never occur.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. A verified report that a minor supplied such data will be addressed by deleting it.
Your Data Rights
Arkansas privacy and consumer-protection law may provide rights beyond those described here. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act governs access to covered public records, but it does not turn data held by this private site into a government record. At a minimum, you can:
- Request access to personal data kept about you
- Seek correction of inaccurate information
- Ask for deletion of eligible data
- Decline certain forms of processing where a right applies
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised as practices or legal duties change. A revision becomes available here with an updated effective date, so visitors should review the current version periodically.
